girl in red hat nach „Too Much“ ihre neue Single „Doing It Again, Baby“ veröffentlicht, die nächste Vorab-Single aus ihrem kommenden neuen Album „I’m Doing It Again, Baby“, das am 12. April 2024 erscheint. „Doing It Again, Baby“ ist der vielleicht positivste, ausgelassenste Song, den Marie aka girl in red je geschrieben hat. Sie selbst beschreibt ihn wie folgt:
“This is the most fun track I’ve ever made. It was actually very hard to write because I was struggling with allowing myself to make a song that I just thought was f**king sick, cool and fun. I tried to force myself to write some sappy-try-hard meaningful lyrics when really all this song was supposed to be, was the soundtrack of feeling absolutely on the top of the world.”
Die Popwelt blickt gespannt auf das neue Album der Norwegerin, die in den letzten Jahren eine kometenhafte Karriere hingelegt hat. Einen großen Teil von 2023 verbrachte sie zum Beispiel im Vorprogramm von Taylor Swift auf deren Eras Tour. Dieses Jahr wird girl in red, mit neuem Album im Gepäck, auch wieder für ein Konzert nach Deutschland kommen.
